I received my MTN router from Axxess about two weeks ago.
It would not connect and with numorouse attempts to reach Axxess support to try to sort this out I eventually got a local tech guy to come and sort out this problem.
Three days ago the light on the router turns red again and no connection. ( I am still using adsl to work out the remainder of the contract expirng end Dec. Thankfully I still had this ) , anyway I got hold of Axxess after a long wait by phone and they tried several settings and nothing, I dropped the call and went up and down on router network connections and after a while the blue light returned.
To get back to the Crux of the story I asked the support team why they do not change the system and do a back ground login and link to the client system to do the required settings on their side so they can see what is going on and do the needed adjustments, this will save the clients so much frustrastions, then log out the support after all is done. ( We have the technology to do it do why not use it )
I know Microsoft has this function and works well.
