How do I get hold of them???

Been trying to call them on the 0861 300 900 number for the last hour, it just rings?

Any ideas???

Never Mind Got Hold of them!!! well, Got options on the phone at least.

STILL waiting??? Is there call centre down? This is ridiculous!!!

Yeah after the SAIX to IS change it seems their whole service division have been infected with a "virus".

*Placing tickets it took me a week to get a reply.
*Phoning them on weekends or after hours it takes forever for them to answer
*Every few days extreme pings take over or (only once) even down time for the night.

I agree they don't have the worst service ,but no one can deny it has degraded from what it was.
 
i duno what the hell their problem is!!!

Since I asked them to change my account back to SAIX, i've been sitting with a 100ms ping, and thats just pathetic for competitive gaming.

Dialed my mates account today and I got 73ms ping, back to my account, I got 100ms ping again. I really don't understand what is going on!

There seems to be another fault in my area with contention and/or the exchange... used to get 40ms ping with my 384 line... now I sit with 70 at best!

So I got the best of both worlds... CANT WAIT for neotel to get established here in PE... gonna change over the second I get a chance...

screw axxess! screw telkkom! im over their ****!
 
I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for them to respond to one of my tickets!!
Just had problems since I've signed up with them this month! :mad:
I'm cancelling my account right now!
 
That's weird... I sent them a ticket using their site from my account panel and got a reply 30 mins later, the reply is useless though since it is just an SMS with my acount details which I have already.

I just moved two of my Web Africa Accounts to Axxess.

They are cheaper I guess....
 
This is the exact reason why I left them a while back.

Could never get hold of them when I needed them.

You wont get a reply i have also created tickets still no reply
I reply-ed again to the ticket with a nice message then i closed the ticket and then they called me.

All i can say that it is too late.

This is strange. I have logged 2 tickets this past week and both were responded to within less than 8 hours. Call centre also always answers very quickly.
 
Ok - not so strange it seems (to correct myself). Something is up with Axxess this week. I have had connection problems since Monday- logged 3 tickets and no response as yet (not a single e-mail reply). Also the call centre seems not to be taking call this week. All this while the lady on the "please hold" message boasts about them winning the My Broadband "Users Choice" award.

What is going on Axxess - you all on a team building exercise? :(
 
I'm in the same boat. Haven't received any updates/replies on an important issue for 2 weeks now.
 
is it just me or has the service become remarkably slow after hours. i cant download at more that 150kbps after 8pm
 
It's because I signed up with them this month. Seems like I will never escape bad service in this country =(
