Can u believe the following..........I got my telkom land line on 28 Dec 2011. I then applied for my ADSL line by axxess on 30 Dec 2011. On 12 Jan 2012 I phoned, just to en quire aout the progress. I was told that MAYBE telkom haven't got a point at the enchange for my line, and that I'm going to wait for someone either to cancel their service, or move out of the town!! Okay, let's wait I thought........Well, on 15 Jan 2012, R249 was deducted from MY bank account, +$#X s..t, I DON'T even HAVE a ADSL line, crying out loud!! I send and phone mail, no answer as from today? What can I do people. Will TELKOM maybe help me faster or must I wait, can I get my money back or are they going to deduct it from the first bill etc.... TALK about service
