I'm trying to dial their number 0861 300 900 and it's just engaged...

I received 11 sms's about my usage early this morning on accounts from several years ago. Think they're having technical problems..
 
Same here, received a few SMS's saying that my account usage has been maxed and I need to pay. I last used that account over 3 years ago :/
 
I was a Reseller and also received a whole lot of emails and sms's for each account that I had created... I had a few clients so received about 25+ sms and emails... I feel sorry for the guys with 100+ client accounts...
 
Same here. The SMS'es and emails.. :D

If I'm correct, you'll need to contact Afrihost as they've taken Axxess over. (incorrect assumption)

I'm still waiting for feedback from Moshe.

Heh... that's about right - was more or less the same time I jumped ship to Afrihost with their R29/1Gb special :D
 
From their website:

Also got their e-mail that I have exhausted my bandwidth. Stopped my account more than a year ago. I don't even have an ADSL line any-more but that is a story for another day.
 
Moshe (from Afrihost) said that we must phone the Axxess helldesk for support.

Not going to waste my time trying to get through, will send an email and ask them nicely what's going on :)
 
Bleh. *had* an uncapped adsl account with them yesterday. Today its gone. Was called xxx@axxess-express and now its [email protected]. But this is sitting on a router in cape town nobody has access to, and I am in jhb. How much I change the details. Calling dont work. Email also not :/ So now my client is without internet the whole day
 
Since every 10 days the account is checked, and then throttled if need be, when is the best time to download as much as you can, before the checking of the account starts.

I'm just trying to find out a suitable time to download, since i have quite a bit to do.
 
What's shocking is them still charging R70/GB for their prepaid vouchers!
