I'm not one for just complaining on social network but Axxess drove me to it this time.

Few months ago Axxess anounced that there double data rate is changing to +75%.
On there Facebook page they bragged about there best seller that is the 2+1.5GB (+75%) for R139. 4days down the line I get a mail from them that they are doing away with the +% thing cause its confusing people and the are simplifying it.
Now they have changed the 3GB package price to R147 .
So now they take away 500mb of mobile data and bump the price up. WTF

Then go somewhere else. It's not a contract.

Double data is a promotion, not something permanent. It will most likely change again or fall away in the future

I'm also annoyed by thee gimmick promos from axxess, and constantly upping the prices and offering less.
They will soon price themselves out of the top 5 mobile data company offerings.

Twice my SIM had failed and I had to be 're-synced' with the netwtork.

I'm also noticing my connection gradually getting slower with lots of lag.

I was shocked with the email I received that they doing away with the promotion. I am very happy with their service I have peace of mind unlike with MTN data to ups where bandwidth wouod deplete fast.

Could anyone suggest any other mobile ISP that they are with\happy with?
Have been with Axess since the beginning of this year and it has NEVER been smooth sailing or browsing.
