I notice the following settings on the Network->Routing section, even after I reset it to factory defaults. The IP lookup points to Neotel, and I've got no clue what that is doing on a Telkom supplied router. Please compare to your router settings, the default in the manual looks entirely different

Relax. That's fine and it's how it has to be.

The IP address you're seeing (41.170.75.65) is your ISP's IP address in a VRF in the Telkom BRAS/ESR that your ADSL line is connected to. The first line in the table establishes that the IP address can be reached via interface PVC0 (an ATM PVC on the ADSL line), while the last line directs all traffic except for your local network to that IP address on the BRAS/ESR. Once received by the BRAS/ESR, your traffic will be forwarded to your ISP.

If you reboot the router with the ADSL line disconnected, those lines won't be shown until you connect the line. If you move the router to a different part of the country, or change ISP to an ISP that doesn't use Neotel's IPC, the IP address will change.

Guess you using AH too, mine also shows as 41.170.72.225, not to worry.

Thanks @drs for the detailed reply, I contacted Axxess and even they couldn't explain what the entries meant. OK, I'll relax now, the router was compromised so I had to make sure there are no loopholes open :)
