Hi.
This is a concept which I believe is possible the only good thing about the
way ADSL cap is structured. So why does Vodacom no introduce it. Do you
think its worth while?

Putting this into place is not financially very expensive, as it is simply account
level changes. Similar to cap carry over. No laying of cables or installing new
servers. And as we have only a few locally hosted sits and servers, Vodacom
won't loss billions of rands and will hopefully receive more customers, (satisfaction)

It's because VC will lose money. Pron, apps, music, videos are big internet money spinners. Once those are stored locally in a organised fashion VC will start losing. All it takes is for 1 user to download something that a thousand others want and upload it locally and VOILA!.
