B315 Router and blocking ads with host file from winhelp2002.mvps

Hi it has been awhile since I posted. I was wondering if there is any way to use the host file download/ script from

http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm on the Huawei b315 router without having to add a second router running dd-wrt.

Not sure about that, but the easiest would be to install pi-hole somewhere on your network (it doesnt need to run on a raspberry pi)
