So currently im using the b315 with a telkom sim and i recently got me that rain deal. Now im getting a spare b618 router. But i dont want to switch wifi connections or ethernet cables when going to and from telkom and rain.

I know one can get an ac point and hook both up to the ac. But before having to buy the ac point.

Could i run a sim card in each router. Using the b315 as my main due to it has more lan ports. Then i plug the 618 into the 315 via the wan port. Would the 315 detect and use both sim and wired connection together?

I think this question have been asked before on the forum.

I had an almost similar setup with B315 and B593.
What I did was connect 1 of the B593 lans directly to the B315 wan.
I had a linux pc/server which was connected to the B315 also acting a 'connection switch'
whereby a python script through a cron job was used to automatically switch networks at required times.
