For 2 days now, my 2300 (B40) band is not picking up any LTE-A/LTE+ towers like it has done forever. I only get connected to LTE-A/LTE+ when I use the 1800 (B3) band. Even if I'm on an LTE+ tower using B3, as soon as I aggregate with/change to B40 (2300) it drops to LTE. Any ideas? It happened out of the blue and I hadn't changed anything - I have a Huawei B818. I live in Assagay (Hillcrest).

If your router is picking up B40, it may be that for some reason CA between the two B40 channels is misconfigured.

Have you tried placing the sim into an LTE-A smart phone to check if it is the device?

If it is not device related, my best bet would be to Tweet Telkom, they are surprisingly quite responsive to network related problems. (From my past experience)
