B525 and 4G+

I have a B525s-65a LTE modem for more than a year now. Recently I noticed my phone getting 4G+ next to my signal bar (MTN) I did some searching and found that the B525 does support 4G+ but when I log into the modem it just shows 4G.

How do I get it to switch to 4G+ or is my version too old to support it?

Did you not try Twitter, support requests, WhatsApp? Not that any of that has helped in my case...just the usual canned replies, blaming MTN and enough "I'm sorries" to fill an Olympic swimming pool. Day 3 nearly here soon for me... I’ve tried Facebook, Twitter, email and Facebook messenger.

When it idles it will fall back to 4G when some data gets transferred it will start to show 4G+ again.
