Hi

I have updated my routers firmware to V100R001C26SP054 but now when i select external antenna it don't want to connect. So do anyone know where i can get firmware for the router maybe a previous version or have any idea why it don't want to connect when i select external antenna? If i change the setting back to internal antenna it connect immediately and i do have 2 poynting a-omni-0039-05-v3 connected.

I have some European firmware loaded on mine. I have to usually select English at the login screen...

When I switch from internal to external antenna, and vice versa, it works perfectly. How sure are you yours isn't working? What happens?

I have tested it if you look at the rooter from the front and the antenna is connected on the left hand side it work fine and connect but the moment you connect the right hand side antenna it don’t connect, now I am not in a 4g coverage area so I don’t know if it will be a factor that maybe you have to connect 4g to have both antenna’s working and 3g only one but not sure.

Instead of guessing, check the stats in the system menu. There you will find confirmation of antenna actually working and can check before and after gain measurement.
