After I got the B618 I ditched my ADSL but soon found I could not get coverage in my whole house. Have been thinking of a range extender but glad to find a solution to my short range with the spare ADSL router.

I read quite a bit for more than a month on how to do it as I have never seen any settings for bridging. Some guides made it so difficult that I wanted to take it to a IT shop. Eventually I started with a short 3min video and cannot belief how precise one is guided and no need to do any changes on the B618.

So great to have coverage up to 2 houses away from mine. Have a look at this video if you still think of trying to use an access point.

Very surprised to see how cheap the TP-Link router is and access points costing up to twice the price of this great ADSL router.
