Back to previous version?

Is there a way to go back to the previous version of an app. I hate upgrading and today decided to upgrade to a new version of BBM. The new version sucks and I would rather want my previous version. Is there any way to go back or download and install an older version.

Thanks for the reply, but the internet at work blocks the site - classifies it as malware. I guess I'm not going to try it from my phone - I don't want to end up with a dead phone.
