Hello

Im looking for a solution to backup two pc's on a regular basis

Any input would be appreciated

Thanks

lol i thought of that, want it to be a daily automated task, dvd too small

Reciprocal backups to shared folders on each machine?

If you have BW to burn and you want offsite and automated you could then consider something like Jungledisk http://www.jungledisk.com/ or build your own S3 solution.

Why don't u use an external hard disk drive to do daily incremental backups. Seagate External drives used te be bundled with software called BounceBack...

I use it and its doing the backups daily to another drive unattended...

acronis true image home 11 - costs ~ R450 - 3pc license

does a full backup or seperate backups to whatever medium you like!

I use Cobian for my scheduled backups, but its a bit higher grade for some users

Syncback free is very easy to use and works very well.

BTW, both of the above are free, try them first

either backup to each PC, a large 16GB flashdrive, a 250-320GB portable USB drive, or a 500-1000GB Nas drive as media
