Backing up a Hard drive, exactly as it is

Hi Myadsl ppl's

I was just wondering if anyone knows of decent software that can say make a clone of the hard drive, that has an operating system on it, onto another drive, then if need be put the data exactly as it was on the initial drive, and that it will still be able to boot windows..

Norton Ghost works very well. (I wont use Nortons anti-virus but Ghost is quite good).

Heard good things about Acronis.Recently ive lost confidence in Ghost since symantec took over.Today i did some test using SeaGate Disc Wizard and cloned a WinXP and Win2003 pc.Did the restore and works 100% + its free
