Backup whatsapp conversations

I used to use SMS Backup + but for some reason it does not backup the whatsapp anymore, tried hard reset, re install app.
Nothing

I need to backup all whatsapp messages automatically all the time.

Some help please guys?

The normal built in WA backup function?

It does an auto back up every day at 04:00. You can also manually do a back up in Settings.

You don't, WhatsApp kept updating encryption so sms+ can no longer back them up, it's been this way for close on 8 months.

Tricrypyt is an apparent workaround, but that never worked for me.

Moving to a new phone. Often assigned tasks are also sent out in whatsapp, especially useful when one has assigned tasks within a group.

Sms backup + used to do it then whatsapp stopped it.
I need it to backup automatically and it's for work. It's very sensitive stuff and needs to be backed up

Just backup the databases folder and move it to the new installation

If your textual communications are so sensitive, why not just use a cloud based platform like Hangouts?
