Imagine if you will the delicious scent of Canadian maple bacon .

The recipe includes: ethically-sourced free-range pork, flavoured with coffee, apple cider vinegar, onion, and garlic.

It's a Jam FFS so it's Sweet.

Its sweet but not like strawberry jam.


Pork is always good with sweet... when you have roast pork you almost always have a sweet glase. Think honey and mustard or sweet chilli.


Pork + sugar = Magic.
