No response to emails and messages left on web form
No response to PMs
Friend bought router and Rain SIM from Takealot, completed on-line RICA on 30th July, no activation
In the meantime, he bought a Telkom SIM to at least have service
TakeaLot tell him there are many complaints, but say they can do nothing. At least it was only R1,00
How can they be so inefficient?

Had no problems with them before I moved to fibre. Worked great apart from the few times it went down etc.Oddly enough - I was considering Rain as I cancelled with Telkom last month - but the forum put me off them completely.
