Bad I Burst reception

Hi, the Techi came to install my iburst yesterday, i have my wireless router, antenae and was ready to get connected but been informed that we only get 60% coverage, i have been advised to get a 3m pole for attaching the antennae which is so incredibly ugly, is there anything else that can be used intead of the pole, is there such a thing as a booster ?

did u only get 60% signal while using the antenna?
As far as i know the only thing thats gonna 'boost' the signal is getting a higher gain antenna ($) or, unless u havnt done already, try to move the modem and router to a sweet spot in your house. That made a huge difference for me.

60% without the antenna can be alright.. not ideal.
