i am trying be best to fire out wth is going on. sincemy intl is back up. i've heard rumors of guys complaining about 900ms ping on shaped accounts. well i got a ryder special. and if i would've gotten 900ms it would not have been half as bad . now i get anything from 1200up to 3k sometimes more. i phoned up openweb and the guy told me even for a shaped account there sounds something horribly wrong for him. (duh) any suggestions ? he said he'll look into it but i havent gotten a reply yet.
