I have a 100/100 Fibre line with vox
Been experiencing bad latency local and international for a while. Yes been through the process of call logging, etc. They reset the port, blah blah. NOPE, not better at all.
International latency used to 140 - 160, currently 190> (League of legends)

Warzone packet loss = 80% . This game is unplayable - However I took my PC to two different friends with different ISP. One have 4mbps adsl the other 20/20 fibre.
Ping was great, zero packet loss on these packages with different ISP's.

Is vox routing in a different way from Mweb or cool ideas?

Any thoughts on better ISP for gaming specific?

For gaming, I would say Cool ideas is pretty solid from what I have heard, Web Squad also has a looking glass you can use to see latency to different server IPs.

IMO, you can't go wrong with Cool ideas, Afrihost or Websquad. I am considering switching to Cool ideas because of the great support on the forums and them trying everything to make the users' experience great.

Afrihost I see is mixed and have some good some bad responses, All the other ISPs like Web Africa, Vox, Mweb I would avoid as it seems like they have a lot of issues

TL DR Go with Cool Ideas @PBCool

If you're getting packet loss on warzone that is running on local servers then 99% sure the problem is with your last mile.. VOX should escalate your line to the FNO

Either that or it's port congestion over JINX which is what we saw and have to move peering for that traffic to resolve.

Kindly tell me more - Using limited lingo you are telling me more than I've heard before.

Also - What does FNO mean?

I am on Vumatel - Cape Town based. Local pings for Warzone perfect. Normal 10 - 40 latency. Problems is with packet loss. Packet loss is what makes my experience mizzzzzzraballs

they have added Liquid (30844) as its another upstream for about 1 month. so routing should be changed less or more.
