Bad Ping in Cape Town CBD

Hey all.

New here,so hope i'm doing this correct.

Is anyone else experiencing bad ping in the Cape Town CBD area.

Been getting pings jumping from 10ms to over 1000ms and it has been happening for the past week.

Worst of all i cant get telkom to sort it out.

my connection has been up to hell the past few days Constant disconnections

I have reported fault last saturday but nothing yet,have you tried reporting it to them?

Maybe they need more complaints to actually resolve it,i was told that there is no throughput at exchange.

I'm in Claremont but yes, my latencies have also been up to hell.
