Would like to get some advice please..
Took my kid's Blackberry 8520 to MTN repair centre in Boksburg as the trackpad was giving problems.
Got checked in and was told its still under warranty and will be fixed or swopped.
Phone was inspected and was noted on service report "light" marks on screen.
When i phoned just now i was told the whole front was cracked and phone will not be fixed under warranty and will cost R970 to repair..
WTF !!!
Phone was inspected in front of me by guy that booked it and no damage on phone,also the report states only the scratches nothing else!!
What should i do as this sucks and they just wanna take me for a ride..
