From the start I have had problems connecting my OpenWeb account. I know it is not a problem with the Telkom line, because I got a Telkom ISP account yesterday, and I was connected in 30 minutes.
I phoned for assistance twice, both times OpenWeb told me that the technical staff is busy, and would phone me back. The first time I was sent an email and sms with my log in details, and the technician phoned me at 20:45. Which I missed, but when I returned the call I got no answer. The second time I took off from work to make sure it is in OpenWeb's business hours. Again I got an email and sms with my log in details and I am still waiting for the return call.
Up until this morning I still cannot connect to my OpenWeb account.
This is the worst service I have ever received, and would not recommend OpenWeb to anybody.
