Bad service from THE CURRIER GUY

My experience with The courier guy has been a rather disappointing one and I'm pretty sure I ain't the only one.They can take an entire two weeks or more to deliver your package even long after it has checked in at their facility, at times they don't even deliver until you call them yourself and ask about the whereabouts of your package .This has not only happened to me once or twice but three times even now I'm still waiting for my package.I don't whether it is their standard procedure for your package to take 2 weeks at their facility before they can deliver it ?

Happened to me as well.... Payed an extra R250 to het the package delivered on a Saturday.
Had to phone phone them on Monday to find out why it was not delivered.
They were quite rude as well.
