Bad service

I called MTN call center to find out if they were experiencing any problems in my area with service as I run my towing business from my mtn phone. I have not been able to receive nor make any calls and when I phoned mtn the call center agent put Down the phone on me. I have 6 contract with the service provider and to receive such service is totally unacceptable from a provider like MTN.
