Get a good humidifier/vapouriser and buy some Eucalyptus Oil or vapourising solution and sleep with it on every night.
Take Allergex during the daytime.
Wear a mask when you are able to.

If your in Gauteng our humidity often drops really low and then allot of us still sit in air con environments which dries the air even more.

Using a humidifier every night really helps me out allot.

My wife suffers bad with sinus but not as bad as some people she knows and she is using Sinuend and I think Allergex but a friend who has it very bad just got some Texa 10 and she is going to try that now.
