I wonder how they construct the baddie list. Any guesses?
Is it real names or is it forum names?
Do you get handled differently at the call centre? (for example do they circulate an updated list of names in preparation for calls to the support line)
Do your forum posts get watched for ideas/moans/suggestions? (I feel this one may be true)

I get the feeling its more of an objective list of complainers and not really bandwidth abusers. The fact that they make this information public is strange to me. One would think a baddie list is an internal private matter - unless of course they want us to fear being on this list.

the so called "baddie list" is nothing more than a tactic parents use on their kids to eat their veggies. If this list serves any purpose other than being just another lame excuse then the service would have improved cuz they would be able to stop the "baddies" from "abusing" their service. If we're lucky the stupid idiots will probly accidently email that list to everyone too [:p].

I think that the baddie list is real names, based on calls to the call centre and HO. But I'm sure that they try to match it to the forum.

I just got a mail from Marketingweb, they want to send my article to Sentech for comment. The asked for some contacts at Sentech (fortunately I have dealt with more than 15 people at Sentech, and so could furnish a list). I expect that I'm shooting up the chart with a bullet! [;)]
