So I got 16 assorted pieces of chicken...will this cook in an oven pot covered? (drizzled with canola oil and assorted spices and herbs with lemon wedges?

Being male sometimes makes me worry :o How long should it take? hour and a half at 200c?

Thanks in advance :D

1.5 six packs should be more than long enough! Your a man, that's how we tell time :p

space them out single layer, cover with tinfoil and make that oven 180 instead, then check after an hour, they should be done so all you do is remove tinfoil and let them brown for 10 minutes.

Season them with salt and pepper. Fry them skin side down in a hot pan first until the skin is crispy. Put into baking tray lined with foil. Mix lemon juice and a touch of honey together, baste over the chicken and cook for about 30 min to 45 min depending on the size of the pieces in an oven at 180C, skin side up - the skin should crisp up as long as you haven't basted it too much - baste the rest of the chicken pieces to taste though. Take out, rest for 5 minutes and eat...

I like to microwave chicken for a short time before baking it - baking it helps to seal the flavour in and microwaving ensures it's cooked throughout.
