Recently bought some oat flour and I want to make some scones. When I googled various oat baking recipes, I noticed they also mention rolled oats as part of the ingredients , in addition to the oat flour.
Is the ground oat flour not suitable to bake on its own , without having to add the rolled oats?
Curious to hear of your oat flour recipes as well.
