call your SP, but don't ask to check your WiFi balance (they will laugh at you later) ask to check your data balance instead
 
Telkom App works great.
Just gave it a whirl, not on network but tried to login and get;
cannot connect to server

Been trying to recharge a prepaid sim all day, on or off their network, same story.

Use it when connected to the Telkom network. You can also buy bundles, etc etc.

I have been trying to buy a voice bundle all afternoon using airtime on my sim - can't use USSD, the app or the Telkom portal - all fail
 
Yup, was trying to buy while on the telkom network as well with the 8ta sim I am trying to recharge.
Banking app returns network failure, or number doesnt exist.

Just trying to send money/airtime to the sim is impossible, let alone using it to purchase a bundle, as per FlashSA.
 
more offline than online these days ?

I've actually noticed that when it seems offline, it has something to do with TM LTE not able to access the website, as I can reach the website when I use MTN - I normally just disconnect my TM router and reconnect on 3G and then it works again
