I have always called 258 to get my minutes balance, now I'm being told "the number you have called is incorrect". What the hell is going on? I'm on MTN.

I take it you're on MTN? Dial *162*PIN# or wade through 808's menus.

Just dialled it and I got to the menu. Might be a problem with the system.
