Well this is happening.

Noticing my hairline is receeding in a shape resembling male pattern baldness. My parents say my hair will start regrowing once I sort out my sleeping patterns but I'm not so sure. My barber said i'm balding because I hadn't cut my hair in a while :/

I'm almost 100% convinced its male pattern baldness as my dad as well as both grandparents are bald. I've been reading up about medications and it seems like Nisim is the best bet.

Can anyone advise me what I should do and if Nisim does in fact work?

Question... Do you have a new girlfriend?

Take a #1 or #2 to it. Less maintenance too. Male hairstyles are overrated...

Just shave it off like it was never there to begin with.

Problem solved.

Women don't really care about that. They care about their own hair. The sooner guys realise this, the sooner they can stop stressing about going bald...

Was going to suggest some KY on her inner thighs might lessen the friction and thereby reduce the amount of hair loss...

I would just accept it and get used to it.
What you save on Barbers and hair styling you will spend on razors and clippers (probably not even that much).
Personally, I just shave mine down to the skin once a week with a Bic 4 blade Razor (The cheapest - but decent quality) and a small palmful of shaving cream.
Women like a nice clean shave and it can be quite attractive provided you don't look like a knob end.

Cut your hair short and see if the hairloss continues. If it does and you actually want it there (rather than just living with it), look at Minoxidil, you can get the proper stuff from Dr Alexander's hair loss clinic. Apply once a day directly to scalp, enjoy thick luscious locks.

It's not even worth the effort. You need to use Minoxidil twice a day for the rest of your life, and the 5% formulation recommended for guys now requires a doctor's prescription from any pharmacy. And if you can't get it from your local pharm, are guys really willing to drive to a hair loss clinic once a month for their top-up, just to be able to make a hairstyle?

Plus as soon as you stop using it, you start losing it again...

If you doing protein shakes stop them. Ask any hair dresser the guys with big muscles are bald or try googling it.

If you have gained a couple of extra kg's the last year or developed a boep maybe you should try some healthy food. Diet and baldness go hand in hand.

For me I had a small recession at about 20 and then it just stopped and have a full head of hair at 30.

If all else fails embrace it nothing wrong with bald people unless you tattoo a symbol on there :)
