Ballito Wifi Network

I intend to seed a Wifi Network in Ballito bay out of pocket. For purely personal, selfish reasons. I'm going to be spending a month there during December, on "holiday", but as usual have a crapload of work to actually do during my "off time"...

Any takers ?

Wow. You people are stiff about free IP networks in Ballito. C'mon. Don't tell me that Peapod is the only person in the area with IP and a need for speed?

contact Jane Wiltshire of the Valbridge Trust on [email protected]. She has collected together an impressive army of "sattelite" workers who would all be takers for your Wifi Net and willing contributors to the cost too - and they would keep it running.
I am in SAlt Rock, about 10 km's north of Ballito so no good for me.

C'mon Peapod, I'm sure that rocky outcrop on the beach between Balito and Salt Rock will make for a nice high point. Plus, if you get Louis Luyt's buy-in, his house is big enough to be a highsite by itself.

Luyt just converted his house from a hotel to apartments so thats a no go.
The best high point is actually behind us, inland slightly.
I am in a valley, no clear line of site to anything high.
will do what i can to help but really, Jane is the person Rodent should be speaking to.
