And here I thought it was the quality of their developments - cracked walls after 2 years, sinking foundations, leaks, etc - lots of Facebook posts with complaints about their quality.

Balwin, Galencia, Hyder - they all seem extremely dodgy. Most of the development I have seen has issues you mention but their marketing must be top notch as people keep on buying into these units.
