Seeing that the issue was raised in another thread, but went slightly of course, a few questions for information purposes - please don't hijack the thread to settle scores
1. Is there a "legal" requirement to have bandwidth measurement processes audited? By whom are these requirements set? (Surely it should be part of ICASA's licensing conditions!! Anything is possible though...)
2. a) If so, how regular must these audits be done?
b) If not, does iBurst voluntary have such audits done, and how regularly?
3. If audits are done, who did iBurst contract to perform them?
The questions are aimed in getting information on the processes in place for the protection of "Joe Soap not to computer literate" on the street.
