Is anybody else experiencing the same problems we are on a 2gig package with a 128 anytime add on. Today twice I have had bandwidth reached errors. I then have to reset the modem and i go in again but it is soooo slow. Speaking to the Iburst help desk they say there are no issues and i must just reset the modem as it is a system error. Also everyday we get a message to say that Iburst has received our termination request and they are busy processing it. Again speaking to the help desk they say it is a system error and we must just ignore it.

Please PM me your UTID and I'll investigate.

Same thing here - approx 900MB available on 24 Dec, today capped ??? As I can't afford downtime, I simply purchased a booster, but if there is a system problem, methinks I'm due a refund ?

PS: The system has also just processed all the usage records that were queued by our backup systems while we had the failure post Christmas at the hosting facility.

Well done iBurst - Data restored and booster reversed :) - and without argument too :D

Thanks Ronald and Gcebile!

Exactly the same problem on two of our packages.

Could you guys please check this. I can't buy a booster every time some mistake creeps in. 1 gig disappeared while I was driving home from work.
