Is anybody else experiencing the same problems we are on a 2gig package with a 128 anytime add on. Today twice I have had bandwidth reached errors. I then have to reset the modem and i go in again but it is soooo slow. Speaking to the Iburst help desk they say there are no issues and i must just reset the modem as it is a system error. Also everyday we get a message to say that Iburst has received our termination request and they are busy processing it. Again speaking to the help desk they say it is a system error and we must just ignore it.
