bandwidth management software for router.

I am looking for bandwidth management software that i can load on each PC in my office to limit there internet and not LAN is ways like speed and traffic and so on. I also want to get all the stats to my office pc but the problem is we are a small office and is using a adsl router so you cant install any software on there.

Why not replace the router with cheap Linux box and load up all the free management software you can find?
