Bandwidth measuring: Telkom feedback

I am glad to inform you that Telkom came back to me and they are now investigating the problems regarding bandwidth usage monitoring. Hans Van De Groenendaal: “I am talking to the engineers about this and will respond as soon as I have some info.”.

I will let you know as soon as I hear from them again.

Hi guys

No feedback from Telkom on those letters (there were two). I think a decision must have been made not to answer those letters. They did give feedback on the web hosting issue, but the other letters questioned them on pricing, and in specific line rental costs and the justification of higher costs for business line rentals. I think this might have been somewhat tough for Telkom to answer.

Be certain that I will always post any feedback on this forum. I will also post some interesting media feedback here a bit later…
