Bandwidth monitoring software.

I need some kind of software that can monitor my Bandwidth and sound an alarm when my download speeds drop.Can someone please help?

NetWorx looks damn good hey.
It can record usage on dial-up connections and at the same time exclude usage to your local networks.

I'll run it for a bit and report back.
So far so good.

I thought Netlimiter wasn't being updated anymore, between 2007 and 2009 nothing new came out from them. Just visited their site and saw that they are back in business and have been for a while, will give it a go sometime. I was using a out of date version of Netlimiter.
