Bandwidth to other local ISP's?

Hi,

Does anybody have an idea of the amount of bandwidth available to Telkomsa clients (contention ratio) to the other major ISP's in the country?

I get a feel that Telkom is not only skimpy on International bandwidth, but also on local bandwidth if it is outside their own precious family.

I cant tell you how much Telkom has but from info I have, IS has the most bandwidth in SA(According to them) and they say they have over 300mb of international bandwidth.

He means the peering link speeds, not the international links.

This is not public info afaik though.
