Bandwidth usage reports vs dashboard

The last 2 days I have been getting different info from my dashboard and the daily emails - the gap between them is widening i.e. the dash says I have 400 megs left, the latest email shows just over 200.
There is no point having the dashboard display ANYTHING if its going to show the wrong figures - unless of course ther daily emails are wrong?
BTW I am on Freeflo and buy bandwidth boosters (usually a Gig) as needed - where's MY FREE DATA please?
