Bank zero questions....

Hi,
So i signed up with tyme but i must say i am not too happy.
They already suspended my account and the only way to solve it was after holding on the phone for 20 minutes.
I expected a digital bank to be a little more digital.
So before i move to bank zero...
Can issues be resolved via emails?
tyme just ignored my email.
is there a maximum deposit limit via a credit card from another bank?

So what level of dodgy did you do to get your brand new account suspended that you think won’t happen at Bank Zero?

Why are you depositing from credit cards?

It smells a bit ratty.
 
I guess they smelt the same thing as you are smelling....but i don't know what it is.
But whatever it is , i am looking for a bank that won't let me hold for 30 minutes and then unblock my account without explaining.....

Most likely large deposits from credit cards because one usually would only do that if they were stolen.

Most likely to be the same from any other bank, but like you say it’s how it gets handled that makes the difference.

Probably a default system in play.

Welll I only have my account for a little over a month... And I did it 3 times, didn't realise it'll be an issue
