Anyone signed up?

I like to test stuff out so I got the invite today and when trying to get an OTP I missed the message about removing myself from the DNC list and by the time I did see it and remove myself it says I can't send anymore otps.

I must say I am incredibly underwhelmed at the design of the app, for something that has taken so many years to develop I'd have expected a little more. Looks like a developer designed it rather than an actual designer.

I also had this issue so used my "data" SIM to sign up. I did remove the DNC thing, but it still said they cannot SMS me. I hate SMS...such a stupid system.

Signed up eventually though. Just waiting for my card.

Give it a day. I added mine yesterday and got my invite today

The biometrics did not want to take a photo of me until I was busy putting my phone down after giving up, then it quickly snapped 2 shots of half of my face (after lining it up nicely for the green dots wasn't enough)

Opened my account. This does still look like an app built by a student as their first project to me.

On a positive note I do find their features and methods quite innovative

Got my card today. Was a pretty painless and efficient process. Sending money to it from FNB also took less than a day, which was surprising.

I got a notification that mine is with the courier.
The daily emails on account status are a bit annoying - but i've added a filter for it.
I EFT'd from FNB and it took pretty much 24 hrs on the dot

They delivered it to my house with DSV.

Yep I agree with that. It's a bit too much and unnecessary.

Been bugging me too. Surely they must add an option to turn it off

if you're on android you can just search to see if you can find bank zero in the play store, if you can then you've been invited.

Been bugging me too. Surely they must add an option to turn it off

Would have been nice if they had a report option seeing that they are no fully launched yet (had to opt in). My bio-metrics also don't pop up. I need to enter the app pin every time I open it.
