I have it on good authority that all information related to the US president was removed from public view.

So a foreigner, even if a president, has more rights in South Africa than South Africans?

Irony - in rebellion against federal laws all official District of Columbia number plates bear the slogan "Taxation Without Representation". Couldn't be more apt here - Obama's car gets 'taxation without representation' plates
