Howdy chaps :D

Wondering why i started a new thread, well, it might be my last :D

After the Arsenal game, i thought let me log onto this forum where once we had endless debates, i was SHOCKED at what i was reading.

Arsenal completely blaming the ref for their loss? :erm:

What about the fact that Arsenal only managed to come out of their own half TWICE in the first 45 mins? At the Emirates, there was a Messi disallowed goal wrongly ruled offside, two hand balls in the box.

Yet, not one Barca supporter or Pep complained. I think the sooner you Arsenal chaps realise that you were played off the park without the help of the ref the better.

I mean, you guys did at least break one record. You are now the FIRST team in UEFA history to not shoot a SINGLE shot on goal. Or OFF goal for that matter.

I read on a BBC forum that Wenger said that the reason why they lost was because RVP was sent off, the reporter then told him that even with 11 men Arsenal were hopeleslly humiliated. I dont think RVP touched the ball in the first half.

No hard feelings chaps, just wanted to point that out. You all can insult and rag me all you want now.

No one said it was entirely the refs fault. Just that he was a shocking ref.

1) Explain how Barcelona Football Club in not in debt.

2) Explain how buying Ibrahimovic for 60mil was a great piece of business by Barcelona.

I happened to log on and read this forum. After reading the garbage from the Arsenal supporters, of course i had to register :D

So who is the resident Barca supporter on the forum?

In truth, it has been a poor Premier League season with no outstanding team but I would still expect Fergie to emerge victorious at the end given the experience he has at his disposal.

We had the Champions League and Europa League to fill our midweek and it was an immense pleasure to witness another supreme performance by Barcelona in defeating Arsenal 3-1 to qualify for the quarter-finals. Plenty was written about Robin van Persie's red card and although it harsh the Gunners were going to be eliminated either way.

Arsenal could have had 12 players on the pitch and would still have been on their bike. Barcelona were the vastly superior side and could have won by four or five while Arsene Wenger's team were unable to muster a single shot on target.

Actually Nasri did have a shot at goal. But that was it. Although I'm an avid Arsenal supporter, and found the ref rather short of control in the game (how many cards did he dish out, and how many near punches were there), I thought Arsenal played like idiots. Wenger is playing a mysterious game plan at the moment, which I don't understand. Why put von Persie on the park at all, if you not even going to have a midfield trying to control the midfield. They played a 1 - 9 - 0 - 1 combination, which is pointless. To hang back and let the best attacking midfield in the world come at you, and not expect them to get through you is idiotic. You let them have the ball 70% of the time. The scoreline is almost a perfect reflection of the possession. Well done to Barca, but still a Gunners fan. Not necessarily a Wenger fan though.
 
****era the point of the matter is Arsenal were winning the tie 85% of the way through, up until the RVP red card, with him off, it was a match decider

He would've buried that opportunity that fell to Bendtner too

You can harp on about the missed penalty calls all you want but those happen so frequently, and are touch and go, its really irrelevant.. RVPs red card was a straight forward call that the ref blundered

You were right that they were played off the park but at 1-1 when RVP was sent off, it was 3-2 on aggregate. You such a dum-mass.
 
It was a copycat. Had to be. MachIII was playing a joke on us people... can't you see it?
