Bashan Xplode 125 Spares/compatible spares

Hi All,

I recently bought a Bashan Xplode 125, she is a bit rough around the edges but there is a good bike under there for farm and some road riding. I have noticed that spares and parts seem to be non existent for this brand and wonder if there is another brand that this bike can share the parts from?

Currently i just want to do an oil service but have no idea how much oil (or even what oil to put in it) and where the oil filter is (i see what looks like a plug on the bottom with a bolt head so i think it may be in there), Anyone know where in cape town i can source these parts?

Much like me this bike is rough, but recently cleaned and rebuilt the carb and it is so much better, maybe this is a good personal growth project

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! (besides the should have gone for a Jap bike type already too late for that)

There is a Chinese motorcycles spares place on Durban road, across from tiger wheel and tyre..

Update

Called them but they dont seem to have the parts (instrument cluster), although i did find outthe bike doesnt use a filter but a sieve that must just be cleaned and they recommended 20w50 oil, about .9-1L . They recommended i call Big boy to try source parts.

@Caber , did you come right. I am looking for a full sprocket set ( front and back ) for a bashan 250cc.
