basic accounts managment software needed

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a basic accounts management software solution. All I need to do is enter customer info + the stock they take on credit and then enter the payments made. Printing invoices would be a plus. No point of sale needed.

Don't know any free solutions, but they do exist. Just be careful that they and you are VAT compliant.

Paid apps are plentiful. QuickBooks is used quite widely in small businesses, as is Pastel. EconoAccounting is another one developed in SA.

I'd look at cloud-based offerings like Xero and Sage. Both have subscription fees, but great convenience.
