Basketball in Pretoria

Hi,

I want to ask if anyone knows a good place to play recreational basketball? I live in Newlands. Seems so darn difficult to find a good place to play here with other people.

In a couple of months I will move to Witbank.. don't think I can find a place there....

At the UP sports grounds. There's usually guys playing pick-up games there. Either at the indoor or outdoor courts but mostly outdoor.

Your best bet would be Saturday afternoons. I would see them there during weekday afternoons too though.

I went once there to the open courts and nobody was there. Didn't know you could play recreational in the indoor.
